The purpose of this policy is to outline how Ristorante Frescobaldi London and Good Food Society have established measures to protect your privacy and information rights. The Good Food Society restaurant group currently operates four restaurants – Hovarda, Yosma, Ristoranti Frescobaldi London and Ristoranti Frescobaldi Firenze.

Transfer of data
Your information can only be shared within Good Food Society to its employees for the purpose of communicating marketing and promotional information relating to its restaurants – as long as we have the required consent in place with you to send to marketing and send promotional information. Your data is restricted to Good Food Society employees – this includes management and staff within all of it’s operating venues. Data is not shared with any other third parties.
Retention of data
Ristoranti Frescobaldi London will retain your personal data for a maximum period of two years from our last point of contact. This obligation will ensure that we are only sending out marketing and promotional information to those who have an interest in news, promotions and events for Ristoranti Frescobaldi London.
Data is recycled every two years unless the subject has made another booking at Ristoranti Frescobaldi London or reinstated their interest in receiving the information. In which case the two-year cycle will start again. This process is set to ensure this information is only sent to individuals who maintain interest in the restaurant brands.

We use encrypted information gathered from these cookies to help improve your overall user experience on our site; such as, for example, helping us to identify and resolve errors.
Do Not Track (DNT) is a feature offered by some browsers, and it comes by default with newer browsers. If enabled, it sends a signal to websites to request that your browsing isn’t tracked third-party ad or social networks, for example. At present, there is no industry-wide consensus as to how DNT requests should be managed, so our website doesn’t currently respond to DNT requests. Until a standard is established, we’ll continue to review DNT and other new technologies, but won’t respond to
DNT requests.

Wi-Fi
Ristoranti Frescobaldi London use a protected network, managed by 3rd party IT provider Speedster. Regular audits are set up to ensure all Wi-fi signup information is protected on a network level.
Information may be collected through the Wi-Fi log in entered through a form or via a social login portal as well as details about the device. In addition to the information provided directly we may also collect IP addresses, browser type, language, and MAC addresses.
Data provided through the Wi-Fi log in is stored in our secure servers and is used only for the following reasons:

To communicate with you or offer you relevant goods or services (if you have opted in).

To provide to regulatory bodies where we are under a legal obligation to do this, to protect our own rights, or if we feel someone’s safety is at risk.
You have the right for any information provided through the Wi-Fi log in to be erased.
